We brought our corvette(Jessica)in to get road worthy, and we were very impressed how detailed Jim and his crew are with the inspection and documentation process from beginning to the completion of the project. Good people, Quality work, Best experience ever.

Jim and his staff always welcome me and friends of mine who come to town, it's my favorite tourist attraction stop. Jim always makes people welcome and they never forget him. Jim has helped me for the last 10 years as I have rebuilt my 1962 Pontiac Bonneville. It's nice to have such a high quality Rod Shop here in Yuma and such a great friend like Jim.

Our Studebaker continues to be recognized by spectators and judges as a unique and beautifully restored custom. Thanks to Jim and his guys for their dedicated work on it. Check out project #31 to see the quality of his work.

Really enjoyed stopping by and speaking with Jim for the first time. He took the time to show me his operation and what he's got going on and discuss my 67' Stang. Very insightfull and no pressure. See you soon.

You have the best of the best of all the cars I have seen, I used to have a 1970 Buick Wildcat with a 455 4 barrel, I should have kept it but I just got lazy and sold it. It is still in Yuma but I do not know who has it.Now that I am 80 1/2 years old I just enjoy looking at all the other cars. I started ut with a 1937 Dodge many years ago and only oaid $50.00 I just can not keep up with the times. I now enjoy my retirement and still going strong, you and your team are the best of the best. Jim-As you near the end of the rebuild on our Studebaker I feel safe in saying we will have possibly the hottest 232 cu. in. Studebaker engine in the country. Those Challengers, Camaros, and Mustangs better watch out!

I have seen some nice shops in my travels since retirement, however none as nice and clean as this shop. Your shop is the Epitome of a beautiful Rod Shop. How you have 8-10 Techs working in the main shop and the Body shop and maintain such a clean working Atmosphere is surely a testament to your perfection. I just wanted to congratulate you and tell you I have never seen 30 some odd projects all going at once and the attention to detail. It is mindboggling. Keep up the wonderful work Jim. Your crew were the most professional and courteous I have ever seen. Big Thumbs up to you.

Jim and Crew-After showing our Studebaker for the first time recently and seeing people absolutely swarm the car all day, it is obvious that the quality of your work is second to none. I would put the restoration done on our car up against any other shop in the country. Not only are we proud of our car, but we also are proud of it being the first restored 50's custom you have done. Thanks again for your magnificent work!-Joen and Tim Painter

MR. Jim:

Outstanding efforts at your shop and on the website. Nice seeing "TinkerBelle" on the web sight as good advertisement for Naval Academy admissions! She re-earned her old name "TinkerBelle" as that car flies now, since you got her back up to battle-trim.

Like ships, these cars are referred to as "her or she" as it costs so much to keep them in paint & powder.

Jim, Tell your detail guy, "Good Job" on the Shelby. We took 1st. Place in the Mustang Class and there were a lot of Mustangs there, including about a half dozen Shelbys. In addition to the Plaque, they let the first place cars do a parade lap around the race track during the opening ceremonies. That was Cool! Thanks Again
